By accessing and using the TYYGR platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (and the business entity you represent) and TYYGR. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms govern your use of TYYGR's website and all financial services offered by TYYGR. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and represent that you are a business entity or a representative with authority to bind said entity.
TYYGR is an agent for its partnering FDIC-insured financial institutions and licensed money transmitters. Loans and financing are provided by third-party lenders. TYYGR is not a bank. All applications are subject to credit approval and underwriting.
TYYGR is an Internet Business Lender and/or an agent for licensed financial institutions. Loans are provided by FDIC-insured partners. TYYGR complies with the Nevada Installment Loan and Finance Act (NRS Chapter 675).

You consent to receive all notices, disclosures, and loan documents electronically. Your electronic signature on any application or agreement carries the same legal weight as a physical signature.
By checking the box and clicking "Submit," you agree to receive all disclosures, notices, documents, and communications ("Communications") from TYYGR and its financial partners electronically. These Communications include, but are not limited to, loan agreements, fee schedules, privacy notices, and tax forms.
Your consent applies to all transactions and services you request through this platform. This consent will remain in effect until you withdraw it as described below.

You are not required to receive Communications electronically. You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by contacting us at 310.430.3093 or info@tyygr.com. We may charge a fee for the delivery of paper copies as permitted by law.
You may withdraw your consent to receive future Communications electronically at any time. Withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of your access to certain services or the closure of your application. To withdraw consent, please email us with the subject line "Withdrawal of Electronic Consent."
It is your responsibility to keep your email address updated. You can update your contact information by logging into your account portal or contacting support directly.

TYYGR provides the Site "As-Is." We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our payment processing or lending tools, except where prohibited by Nevada law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TYYGR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. To the extent not preempted by federal law, these Terms and all contracts between TYYGR and Nevada residents shall be governed by Nevada Law.
Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Clark County or Washoe County, Nevada. All disputes, including litigation and arbitration, must be resolved within the State of Nevada. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Clark County or Washoe County, Nevada.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, as permitted by the Nevada Uniform Arbitration Act.
To the extent not preempted by federal law, these Terms and all contracts between TYYGR and Nevada residents shall be governed by Nevada Law. All disputes must be resolved within the State of Nevada.
In accordance with 2026 "Open Banking" standards, you have the right to access and port your financial data. Upon request, we will provide you or your authorized third party with a machine-readable (CSV/JSON) export of your covered transaction and account data.
For real estate-related financing, we comply with the March 2026 FinCEN Residential Real Estate (RRE) Rule. We may be required to report certain non-financed or all-cash residential transactions involving legal entities or trusts to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
TYYGR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
