FACTS: What Does TYYGR Do With Your Personal Information?

Why?

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

What?

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:

  • Social Security number and income
  • Business tax returns and financial statements
  • Account balances and payment history
  • Credit history and credit scores

How?

All financial companies need to share customers' personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers' personal information; the reasons TYYGR chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

1. Introduction

TYYGR ("we," "us," or "our") is a financial services provider based in Nevada. This policy describes how we handle personal and financial data in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Nevada Privacy Law (NRS 603A), and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Rule 1033.

2. Information We Collect & Sources

Identifiers

Name, EIN/SSN, address, and government-issued ID.

Financial Data

Bank account numbers, transaction history, and credit reports.

Automated Data

IP addresses, geolocation (subject to Nevada SB 370), and device IDs.

Sources

We collect data directly from you, from credit bureaus, and via secure "Open Banking" APIs when you link your financial accounts.

3. GLBA & Financial Privacy Notice

Federal law gives you the right to limit some but not all sharing.

  • For Everyday Business Purposes: We share your info (to process transactions, maintain accounts, or respond to court orders). You cannot limit this.
  • For Our Marketing Purposes: We share your info to offer our products to you. You may opt-out.
  • For Non-Affiliates to Market to You: TYYGR does not share your information with non-affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A)

Nevada residents have the right to opt-out of the "sale" of "covered information."

Designated Request Address: To exercise your right to opt-out, please email info@tyygr.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."

Verification: We will verify your identity within 60 days before processing the request.

5. Geofencing & Health Data (Nevada SB 370)

In compliance with Nevada SB 370, we do not implement geofences within 1,750 feet of any health care facility or regulated dispensary for the purpose of tracking or identifying consumers seeking health services. We do not collect "Consumer Health Data" as defined by Nevada law without express, voluntary consent.

6. Data Portability & Open Banking (CFPB Rule 1033)

In compliance with 2026 "Open Banking" mandates, you have the right to access your financial data in a machine-readable format. You may request a digital export of your transaction and account history as maintained by TYYGR for the purpose of porting it to another financial provider.

7. Automated Decision-Making (AI) Disclosure

We may use automated algorithms to assess creditworthiness and risk. If a loan application is denied based solely on an automated decision, you have the right to request a manual review and an explanation of the logic used.

8. Security

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information (NPI).

9. Mobile Messaging Compliance

TYYGR values your privacy and is committed to protecting your mobile information. When you provide your phone number to us, you may receive text messages for account notifications, AI-driven audit results, and service-related communications.

SMS Data Protection

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Please note: If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

We collect your information when you apply for a loan, open an account, provide account information, or give us your contact information. We also collect info from credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only: (1) sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness; (2) affiliates from using your info to market to you; (3) sharing for non-affiliates to market to you. State laws (like Nevada NRS 603A) may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
